1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing web.naebidynamic.com or using the payment portal at portal.naebidynamic.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. DEFINITIONS
- “Company” refers to Naebi Dynamic Concepts Limited.
- “User/Operator” refers to any individual or entity (aviation companies, pilots) accessing the portal.
- “Levy” refers to the Air Navigational Levy collected on behalf of stakeholders for helicopter movements.
3. USE OF THE PORTAL
3.1 Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (Company Name, AOC details, Fleet information). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Permitted Use
The portal is strictly for:
- Declaring flight manifests.
- Processing Air Navigational Levy payments.
- Viewing account history and billing statements.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- Currency: Payments are accepted and processed in both Nigerian Naira (NGN) and United States Dollars (USD).
- Obligation: Operators are legally obligated to remit Air Navigational Levies for all applicable movements at Airports, Aerodromes, Oil Rigs, and Helipads as per Federal Government directives.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay verified levies within the stipulated period may result in portal suspension and reporting to the NCAA/FAAN.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, and data on the portal are the property of Naebi Dynamic Concepts Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee the portal will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Data Accuracy: While we ensure automated records are accurate, the Operator is responsible for verifying flight logs before payment.
- Naebi Dynamic Concepts Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the portal.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Naebi Dynamic Concepts Limited against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your violation of any aviation regulations.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.
