1. POLICY OVERVIEW
This policy outlines the protocols regarding flight schedules and Air Navigational Levy deductions on the Naebi Dynamic Concepts Limited portal (portal.naebidynamic.com).
Core Principle: Our billing model is based strictly on actual aircraft movements. We do not charge for flights that do not take place.
2. NO CANCELLATION FEES
Naebi Dynamic Concepts Limited does not impose financial penalties, administrative fines, or “no-show” charges for cancelled helicopter operations.
If a scheduled flight is cancelled for any reason (weather, technical issues, operational changes), the operator will not be billed for that specific movement.
3. ADVANCE PAYMENT & DEDUCTION RULES
3.1 The “Pay-As-You-Fly” Model
Levy deductions are triggered solely by the confirmation of a service rendered.
- Trigger Event: A deduction is made from your advance payment balance only when a movement is actualized and recorded by our surveillance team or automated systems.
- Scheduled but Not Flown: If a flight is declared on the manifest and funds are allocated, but the flight never occurs, no deduction will be made. The funds remain in your wallet/account balance.
3.2 Wallet Balance Preservation
In the event of a cancellation:
- Any advance allocation for that specific Flight ID is automatically retained in your account.
- These funds remain available immediately for future operations.
- There is no need to request a refund for a cancelled flight, as the money is never removed from your account until the movement happens.
4. FLIGHT MANIFEST UPDATES
While there are no financial penalties, we request that Operators update their flight status on the portal to ensure accurate record-keeping.
4.1 Recommended Procedure
If a flight is cancelled:
- Log in to
portal.naebidynamic.com. - Update the status of the Flight ID to “Cancelled”.
- This ensures our surveillance teams are not expecting the aircraft, keeping our daily logs accurate.
